Questions founders ask

How does the success fee work?

You pay a one-time fee when you hire a candidate we introduced. There is no retainer, no upfront charge, and nothing to pay for the shortlist, interviews or trial. We confirm the exact fee on the first call.

What if the hire does not work out?

Success-fee placements include a replacement guarantee window — if a hire leaves or does not pass probation within the agreed period, we replace them at no extra placement fee. The exact terms are set on the brief call.

Full-time or contract?

Both. We place full-time hires, long-term contractors and dedicated teams that work as an extension of yours. Tell us the model in the brief and we shortlist accordingly.

Which roles do you cover?

React, Node.js, Python, mobile (iOS/Android/React Native) and dedicated teams are our core. We also place Go, Rust, DevOps, data, QA and full-stack — just tell us the role and seniority bar.

How fast is the shortlist?

You hear back within one business day of the brief with a plan, and most roles get a shortlist of 3–5 vetted candidates within a few business days.
